Ingredients

  • 4 2 Pounds Chicken Breast Halves, Boneless and Skinless
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup Prepared Pesto
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper and Italian seasonig. Sprinkle evently over both sides of chicken breast.
  • Lay the chicken breast in a single layer in a baking pan.
  • Top each piece of chicken with an even amount of pesto and spread over breat. Top with mozzerella.
  • Bake in a preheated about 20 minutes, (depending on thickness) until cooked through, or until an instant read thermometer 165 degrees.
